I had a somewhat mixed experience at this resort spa. While I loved waking up to the sound of birds and even spotted kangaroos hopping by, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The rooms were a bit cramped and could use some more useful items. The staff was very friendly and offered assistance, although they weren't very knowledgeable about local attractions. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were definitely areas that could be improved.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which had its highs and lows. The rooms offered great value for money, and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort. However, the heat in the bedroom was quite uncomfortable, and I had to sleep on the couch in the lounge. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow, which was a letdown. Overall, I felt the place could use some upgrading.
I had a lovely stay at the resort, which offered a nice retreat with its beautiful views of the bush and well-manicured gardens. My room was equipped with all the essentials I needed, making it quite comfortable. Although I did encounter some noise from the neighboring unit, overall, the experience was relaxing. The staff was accommodating, but not always proactive in offering information, which could be improved. The location was fantastic for nature lovers with kangaroos hopping right past my unit, adding to the charm of the stay.
I had a lovely time at the resort spa, which offered a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful bushland along the river. The rooms were well-equipped and provided stunning views, but I could occasionally hear noise from the adjoining unit. The service was attentive, and while the prices were a bit steep during the festive season, I appreciated the effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location was truly serene, complemented by the sounds of nature, though it was slightly distant from town amenities.
My stay at the resort spa was quite enjoyable overall, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had a cozy atmosphere thanks to the gas heater. The serene bush surroundings made it a peaceful getaway, especially waking up to the sound of birds. However, the service was hit or miss; while some staff were very helpful, I had a less pleasant experience during check-in. I found the amenities to be good, but I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of maintenance, which could use attention.
